Dear All

LOSS OF RELIGIOUS FREEDOM IN INDIA

Sukuma is a recent case in point, every third day, Indian Christians are facing such attacks. Christian community is steadily surrendering their property.

Sukuma Chattisgarh, attack on 31st May 2026

A Sunday worship service in a tribal house in village SADRAPAL, Sukma District, Chhattisgarh, was violently attacked.Eight persons sustained severe head injuries and are reported to be in critical condition.
India vide we are facing such violence every third day

Timestamped photographs of injuries are attached.

No Political party has yet raised the issue, not even in the Press.

FREEDOM TO RELIGION BILLS, are regularly being passed by various states, in spite of Higher court’s intervention.

Christian community sees it’s Deliverance in Congress or other parties and organisations. While we as a community are far more powerful than all put together.

Chattisgarh Christian Forum, has worked for 25 years to ensure constitutional rights to christians. In in 2023 assembly elections why we were disenchanted by Congress. During Cong rule in Chattisgarh 2013-2018:-

  • 6 pastors were shot dead. No investigations or rule of law took place.
  • Organised violence against churches were at its peak. Congress blamed BJP & vice versa.
  • Congress too brought in an anti conversion Bill
  • CM never met Christian delegation to assuage our fears and hurt feelings.
  • Cong kept on playing Hindutva card, instead of upholding constitutional values.

To top it all, first time in India’s history, MINORITY COMISSION DID NOT HAVE A CHRISTIAN MEMBER..!!

CCF tried to support BSP, in 2013 we strongly supported Congress in 2018.
In 2023 CCF did not support any political party. The happenings are open for any one to see. WHY? ARE WE BEGGARS? A COMMUNITY THAT IS ORDAINED TO RULE?

Below are some realities, of 2023 hustings.

Many States can form Christian ideology goverments based on love and equality. TN has done it, why can’t the rest of us? Or we bank upon Congress to save Catholic institutions and Pentecostal faith?

Can we at least sit and talk together.🙏🏼
