Since the British left India, all govt have tried to crush Christian ideals. Till the nineties the dismantling of Christianity was through a hidden effort. Like lopsided laws, denying reservation, humiliation were applied.
Today with the right wing government in the States and the centre, a no holds barred battle has been declared against us. Thus our old methods like press release, media taking up issues, representations, memorandums, protests, police protection, judicial intervention, relief by administration is no more available to us. Targeted violence by non-state personna, absolute disregard to even the Indian Constitution is being faced. With such challenges our mode of defence has to be changed.
WHY CHRISTIANS ARE BEING PERSECUTED.
It’s an ideological confrontation and goes back to several thousand years. Brahmins have been the ruling class, hence untouchability, oppression, property ownership rights, health, education et-al, was not given to Dalits. Christianity Biblically treats all humans as equals and children of God. This is the root cause of confrontation thus persecution continues.
RSS in India is in power today. While the HSS in the US want to establish a privileged class order across the world. Christ’s order was to establish a kingdom of equality and love, which Christians across the globe obey.
